The approach

Therapy that stays close to your experience.

There is no one-size-fits-all path through healing. The work begins with your needs, your history, and what matters most to you now.

Warm, collaborative, and client-centered.

Adestela uses an integrative, attuned, client-centered approach, drawing from evidence-based and humanistic practices including cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness-based practices, acceptance and commitment therapy, compassion-focused therapy, attachment-based work, and somatic and Gestalt principles.

The aim is not to fit you into a method. It is to create a supportive relationship where you can be understood, explore what is beneath the surface, and move at a pace that feels right.

What to expect

1

Start where you are

Your first session is a welcoming, judgment-free place to share what brings you to therapy and what you hope might change.

2

Make meaning together

Through thoughtful conversation and practical tools, you can begin to notice patterns, name needs, and understand your inner experience with more clarity.

3

Practice a new way forward

Over time, therapy can support you in building resilience, healthier relationships, and a life that feels more aligned with you.
